How Do Girls Finger Them Selves

“In the movie “”Pretty Woman,”” Richard Gere plays Edward Lewis, an investment banker who is way too good-looking for his own good. He meets Vivian Ward (played by Julia Roberts), a sex worker who wants to quit her job of stripping but doesn’t have enough money to go back to school. After they have sex one night, she tells him how much she likes fingering. This turns out to be a euphemism — she means masturbation. As he explains later in the film, “”I don’t know what that was all about.”” But we do! It’s called fingering. And while most women probably aren’t thinking about their vaginas when they’re talking about fingering themselves, doing so can feel pretty darned good.
Masturbation has been around since ancient times. The Ancient Egyptians were known to use lotions made from olive oil or milk and honey to stimulate their erogenous zones; this practice spread throughout Asia and Europe in the Middle Ages. In 16th century France, men started using whips to help them achieve orgasm during intercourse. By the 19th century, doctors believed that people could come without sexual arousal, which meant only women needed to reach climax through masturbation. Today, nearly half of American women are thought to have masturbated at least once.
So why would someone need to touch their genitals? Masturbation feels really good because it involves direct stimulation of the vulva and vagina — two key spots where female pleasure resides. Stimulating these areas sends blood rushing to certain parts of the brain, releasing endorphins and oxytocin, which give us feelings of euphoria and relaxation. If you’ve ever had an orgasm, chances are you did so by stimulating your clitoris and/or vaginal opening with your hand.
Women often masturbate for several reasons. For some, it’s a stress reliever. Others enjoy pleasing themselves. Still others may want to experience multiple orgasms. Masturbation can also work as foreplay, especially before having penetrative sex with a partner. And if you’re not into self-pleasure alone, there are lots of ways to incorporate fingering into heterosexual sex play. So next time your lover asks you if you like to finger yourself, just say yes. You’ll be glad you did.
What Are Some Ways To Incorporate Self-Fingering Into Heterosexual Sex Play?
There are many things you can do to make masturbation more fun. Here are just a few ideas to get you started:
Use lube to increase sensitivity. Lube makes everything feel better. Before playing with yourself solo, put on a water-based lubricant such as K-Y. Or try silicone-based lubes, which are less likely to break down latex condoms. Silicone lubes can be used with gloves or straight up. They won’t stick to your hands, so you can spend more time focusing on other sensations. Also, avoid oils and parabens. Oils can cause stains and bacteria to grow, while parabens can wreak havoc on your skin.

Try different speeds and rhythms. Instead of going steady, move faster or slower. Experiment with various patterns, including circles, figure eights and spirals. Try holding your breath during frenzied moments. Add pressure or change angles frequently.

Experiment with rhythm. Climb onto a chair, swing your hips forward and backward, flail your arms and legs wildly, and let loose any inhibitions you might normally hold. Let your body take over.

Take advantage of positions that allow easier access to your genital area. Have your partner lie on their side facing away from you, then pull their knees toward their chest and lift their butt off the bed. Now you can slip your middle and index fingers inside, moving them in small circles. Or you can stand behind your partner and gently massage their buttocks.

Don’t forget the clitoris. While you’re exploring masturbation techniques, keep your eyes focused above your partner’s head. Look between their shoulder blades. Then slowly lower your gaze until you focus directly on their pelvis. Next, angle your wrists upward and place your palms against their upper thighs. Slowly slide your fingertips down toward their genitals. At first, you might not notice anything happening below the belt line. That’s OK. Keep looking at the pelvis until you see evidence of increased wetness. Once you find something hot, continue rubbing.

Self-fingering provides incredible sensation. However, you shouldn’t use your nails, teeth or tongues. These tools will hurt rather than provide pleasurable sensations.”
