    I need help changing over my family we birth know this is the best life style for us, I have 3 children under 3 :/ snacks are the hardest thing?

    Hi,

    I was wondering what blog post you were referring to in the Enough calories for fat loss section. I have tried searching but can’t seem to find. I am thinking that may be my issue. I am 5’11″ 205 and have been stuck there for a while. This plateau has pretty much been in everything. Weight, performance, strength, fat loss. I am interested in your article.
