    Thank you for answering my question and I am also excited to that you answered questions about pregnancy because I just found out I am pregnant which was a complete surprise as I have had hormone issues making it difficult to get pregnant. I have two children and with my second struggled for a long time to conceive. We were not trying to get pregnant, but I haven’t been on birth control either. My family and I started eating Paleo (mostly) about 2 and a half months ago and I attribute that to our little surprise! Just eating the healthier and more natural foods must have regulated my hormones to wear I am Miss Fertile Murtle now! Love your Pod Cast and look forward to hearing more!

      I’m in the same boat, Davina! Hubby and I didn’t use birth control for over 8 years, yet we start eating Paleo, hormones regulate, I start losing weight, and BAM! 3 months later, pregnant, at 40 no less! Certainly wasn’t planned, but a blessing nonetheless. Good luck with your journey!
